Punjab Meet House takes its name from the room, not the menu. What we pour comes from both sides of a border the land never asked for — and all of it is meant to be shared across a table. Sit down. Stay a while.

COCKTAILS

Ten drinks drawn from the courts, gardens and street carts of undivided Punjab. Each one carries a place, and most of them carry a story older than the recipe.

Gulistan 17

Gin · Strawberry · Gulkand · Rose · Citrus

Strawberry, rose petal and gulkand preserve shaken with gin and citrus. The rose garden of the Lahore court, in a glass.

The court kept roses. This is why.

Sheesh Mahal 21

Rum · Clarified Chaas · Black Salt · Jeera · Citrus

Clarified chaas infused with rum, black salt, and roasted jeera. Looks like water. Tastes like everything.

The mirror doesn't change what's in front of it. It just makes you look again.

Aam Tarang 17

Rum · Makrut Lime · Mango · Citrus · Jaggery

Makrut lime infused rum shaken with mango citrus and jaggery. Fragrant citrus notes, balanced sweetness and crisp refreshing finish.

A trip to the mango fields of United Punjab.

Badi Elaichi 17

Vodka · Spice Liqueur · Espresso · Black Cardamom · Melon

An adventurous blend in an unexpected harmony offering layers of bold coffee, warming spice, and subtle sweetness. Starts where the chai ended.

The cup changed. The cardamom did not.

Toshkhana 17

Whiskey · Dates · Clove · Citrus

Whiskey soured with citrus, sweetened with pressed dates, deepened with a single clove. Dark, warm, unhurried.

Everything valuable was kept here.

Hari Chutney 17

Mezcal · Mint · Cilantro · Green Chili · Citrus

Mezcal and citrus shaken with chutney water, topped with boondi. Herbaceous, citrusy, and gently spiced.

Spice is not an ingredient in Punjab. It is a conversation.

Javitri 19

Bourbon · Mace · Bitters · Sugar

An Old Fashioned built around mace — the spice that traveled furthest and arrived most quietly.

The most important spice is the one you almost missed.

Laal Bagh 17

Vodka · Tomato · Dry Vermouth · Spice

Tomato infused vodka stirred with dry vermouth, finished with black pepper. Savory, bright, alive — something between a Martini and a memory.

Not every garden grows flowers.

Aangan 19

Gin · Campari · Sweet Vermouth · Tulsi · Cardamom

A Negroni built around tulsi — the plant that grew in every Punjabi courtyard without being asked.

The tulsi was there before the house. It will be there after.

Thela 21

Vodka · Kulfi · Rose · Falooda · Milk

Vodka, milk-washed and rose-scented, built around kulfi and falooda. The most indulgent thing on the menu.

Some carts never moved. You always went to them.

Plum pressed with curry leaf and warm spice. Sweet on arrival, savory on the way out.

The Silk Road didn’t end. It just changed what it was carrying.

Surkh Daalchini 12

Blood Orange · Cinnamon · Hibiscus · Citrus

Blood orange mixed with cinnamon, hibiscus and citrus. Winter fruit, warm spice, quietly complex.

Some things need no proof to leave a mark.

Sanjeevani 12

Tulsi · Turmeric · Ginger · Citrus · Soda

Tulsi and turmeric pressed with ginger and citrus, lengthened with soda. Sharper than it looks. Older than it sounds.

The plant survived. So did the knowledge.

Lahori Jeera 10

Roasted Jeera · Black Salt · Tamarind · Citrus · Soda

Roasted cumin, black salt, tamarind, and citrus over ice. The drink of the walled city, unchanged and unimprovable.

Lahore didn’t need a bartender. It just needed a glass.
